ALLIGA MEDIA collects, and associates with End-User’s account, information like name, email address, phone number(s), billing and payment data and physical address. Some of our services let you access your accounts and your information with other service providers.
When you use our Services, we store, process and transmit your files (including photos, structured data, emails etc) and information related to these (for example: location tags in photos and other meta data).
We collect data from and about the use of Services. This information will be anonymized and used to improve features and usability of Services, but will not be related or linked to individual End-Users.
We use technologies like cookies to provide, improve, protect and promote Services. Examples are remembering username for future visits, understanding how users interact with Services etc..
ALLIGA MEDIA may share information as discussed below. As stated before, we will never sell End-User’s information to advertisers or other third parties.
Administrators of organizations that use our Services may have the ability to access, monitor and control End-User’s account.
ALLIGA MEDIA may and will disclose End-User’s information to third parties if we determine and decide that this is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with the law; (b) protect any person from death of serious injuries; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of ALLIGA MEDIA ‘s or End-User’s interests; or (d) protect ALLIGA MEDIA’s property rights. However, we will ensure that End-User’s data will receive the necessary legal protection regardless where it is stored. We will be transparent but prudent when receiving, scrutinizing and responding to government request for End-User’s data.

ALLIGA MEDIA only works with trusted third parties that have proven track record and systems in place to safeguard your data. This does not imply however, that ALLIGA MEDIA accepts any liability for any problems arising from using third party services.
ALLIGA MEDIA will retain information stored by End-Users via Services for as long as we need it to provide Services. Furthermore, there might be some latency in deleting information due to practical or legal constraints or obligations upon termination of Services or deleting accounts.
Information will be stored, processed and transferred to and on locations around the world, including those outside End-User’s country. Information may also be stored locally on devices used to access Services. For technical and operational reasons, personal data can be transferred through servers in countries outside the European Union.
If ALLIGA MEDIA is involved in a reorganization, merger, acquisition or sale of our assets, End-User’s information may be transferred as part of these situations. ALLIGA MEDIA will notify End-User’s if applicable to inform and clarify our choices in such an event.
